This test is applied to the arm 48hrs before colouring with a permanent hair colourant & comes with full instructions of how to apply.
It will test for PPD or Resorcinol sensitivity.
Any hair colourant should be tested at least 48hrs before applying to the hair as anyone can become sensitive at any time to any of the ingredients.
If you are going to a salon & they don't test then they really should I believe. Better to be safe than sorry.
