NATURTINT is the first permanent hair colorant without AMMONIA, RESORCINOL, SILICONE or PARABENS with vegetable ingredients- soy, oats, corn & wheat. These colours however DO contain PPD, so if you are sensitive to PPD you will need to use the Naturtint Reflex instead.
Naturtint is NOT tested on animals & uses biodegradeable, recyclable eco-friendly packaging.
Q- Can I color my current dark tone to a lighter one with Naturtint Permanent Hair Colorant?
A- It is hard to lighten the black & dark brown shades but it is possible to lighten all other colors up to 2 shades at a time.
If selecting a blonde shade please remember this will only lift a couple of shades at a time due to the nature of the colors.
Try to avoid washing your hair prior to coloring as the scalps natural oils can provide a barrier to chemicals.
As Naturtint is a permanent hair color & does contain PPD (which some people are sensitive to) ALWAYS skin test first.
If you are sensitive to PPD, pregnant or undergoing chemotherapy we would suggest using NATURTINT REFLEX semi-permanent hair colorant. Always check with your doctor first if unsure.
It is a good idea to do a strand test to ensure the chosen color gives the desired result & it is a must to perform a SKIN TEST 48 hours before applying the colour to ensure you are not sensitive to PPD. Please contact us if you require more information.
